Halls of Fame

The first national museum to celebrate the history and cultural influence of a diverse range of professional and amateur sports, the Sports Museum of America features a multitude of dynamic, interactive, multimedia exhibits designed to provide visitors with an unparalleled sporting experience. Exhibits include interactive activities that allowed visitors to compete as a professional rower, change a tire as part of a pit crew and test balance as a downhill racer.

Services Provided:

kubik maltbie was responsible for fabricating and installing three galleries; the Billie Jean King International Women’s Sports Center, The Heisman Trophy Hall and the Hall of Halls; which recognizes all sports-related Hall of Fames. kubik maltbie’s overall scope of work included: as-built shop drawings, interactive prototyping, engineering shop drawings, shop production, interactive engineering, fabrication and installation, coordinating multiple subcontractors, graphic production, and installation.
